Meet the Founder

Kéya Life was founded when I decided to take aligned action and put into words the things I’ve discovered about living a more intentional, balanced life.

After years of navigating major life transitions—including moving to a small town in northern Michigan, motherhood, stress, shifting identities, long winters, and the mental weight that comes with modern life—I began searching for answers that went deeper than surface-level wellness trends.

What started as curiosity slowly became a complete shift in perspective.

I became fascinated by the foundational elements of health: minerals, hydration, nervous system regulation, nourishment, movement, and the connection between the body and the natural world. As I focused on balancing my minerals and supporting my body more intentionally, I noticed something surprising: it wasn’t just my physical health improving—my mind felt clearer, my energy became steadier, and life itself began to feel more grounded.

At the same time, I was learning how to navigate the very human side of life: motherhood, uncertainty, burnout, purpose, relationships, personal growth, and rebuilding a sense of self.

Kéya Life was born at the intersection of those two worlds.

This space isn’t about perfection or pretending to have life figured out. It’s about exploring what it means to be human—while creating a lifestyle that supports vitality, presence, and deeper connection along the way.

Through wellness education, intentional living, movement, recovery practices, thoughtful products, and honest conversations about life, my hope is that Kéya Life helps others reconnect with themselves in a more grounded and sustainable way.

Because sometimes healing doesn’t begin with doing more.
Sometimes it begins with returning to the basics.

Welcome. Glad you’re here. –K.R.
